Es tracta d\u2019una fa\u00e7ana estructural\u00a0 (superposada als suports perimetrals existents) que forma una ret\u00edcula compositiva amb grans finestrals sobre l\u2019avinguda Diagonal, i deixa una fa\u00e7ana posterior totalment cega sobre el passatge.
