El bloc es desenvolupa al voltant de tres conceptes principals: un model de cohabitatge i cessi\u00f3 d\u2019\u00fas (nou model de conviv\u00e8ncia i de tinen\u00e7a); una aportaci\u00f3 urban\u00edstica (la soluci\u00f3 del projecte crea un joc d\u2019al\u00e7ades per adaptar-se a l\u2019entorn, que s\u2019aprofita com a espai comunitari de l\u2019edifici i evita l\u2019aparici\u00f3 d\u2019una gran mitgera en el paisatge urb\u00e0), i un comprom\u00eds mediambiental (es tracta d\u2019un projecte d\u2019edifici passiu, amb una m\u00ednima demanda energ\u00e8tica, pel que fa a climatitzaci\u00f3 i producci\u00f3 d\u2019aigua calenta, i un edifici ecol\u00f2gic, que fa servir materials preferentment org\u00e0nics amb la m\u00ednima petjada ecol\u00f2gica).
