S\u2019han fet servir sistemes i materials de bioconstrucci\u00f3, com ara la fusta, aix\u00ed com tamb\u00e9 instal\u00b7lacions passives i actives altament eficients. A m\u00e9s, el grup de s\u00f2cies i ve\u00efnes de Clau Mestra van participar en algunes de les tasques de rehabilitaci\u00f3 en forma d\u2019autoconstrucci\u00f3 assistida. Aquest model innovador en la construcci\u00f3 d\u2019habitatge cooperatiu persegueix un doble objectiu: rebaixar costos i ser una potent eina d\u2019empoderament del grup.
