El projecte, que ha comptat amb una subvenci\u00f3 dels fons europeus Next Generation UE, ha perm\u00e8s crear 11 habitatges, 4 oficines i 2 locals, aplicant criteris d\u2019efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica i sostenibilitat. Tots els habitatges es destinaran a habitatge p\u00fablic en r\u00e8gim de dret de superf\u00edcie i s&#8217;adjudicaran a trav\u00e9s del Registre de Sol\u00b7licitants d&#8217;Habitatge amb Protecci\u00f3 Oficial de Barcelona entre les persones inscrites que compleixin els requisits de la convocat\u00f2ria.
