El projecte, que ha comptat amb una subvenci\u00f3 dels fons europeus Next Generation UE, ha perm\u00e8s crear 17 habitatges i 1 local, millorant-ne l\u2019accessibilitat i aplicant criteris d\u2019efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica i sostenibilitat.
