Durante la Guerra Civil all\u00ed residi\u00f3 el presidente de la Generalitat, Llu\u00eds Companys, y se construy\u00f3 un refugio antia\u00e9reo, actualmente en un magn\u00edfico estado de conservaci\u00f3n.
