Ejemplo de arquitectura novecentista, con esgrafiados que decoran las aberturas de la fachada principal, la casa contaba con unas magn\u00edficas terrazas ajardinadas que actualmente se encuentran en proceso de recuperaci\u00f3n. En el a\u00f1o 1936, de edificio fue reconvertido en la Biblioteca P\u00fablica Santiago Rusi\u00f1ol.
