El lugar escogido fueron unos terrenos situados entre el <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cap de la Vila<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y la v\u00eda del tren, urbanizando un ensanche donde destacaba la calle <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">del Progr\u00e9s<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, posteriormente bautizado como <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Illa de Cuba<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, unos edificios con fuertes coincidencias estil\u00edsticas con las que podemos encontrar en el centro de cualquier ciudad cubana.
